I’m a Europe-based Virtual Assistant dedicated to helping leaders, entrepreneurs, and busy professionals reclaim their time and stay focused on what truly matters.
Running a business comes with endless tasks - emails, scheduling, coordination, and administrative work. While these are essential, they often pull you away from the big-picture decisions that grow your business.
That’s where I come in.
Through reliable and detail-oriented remote support, I help you streamline your daily operations so you can focus on strategy, growth, and innovation.

Text translations and transcriptions: supporting international communication and making sure your message is clear across languages and formats (Croatian, English, Italian).
Event coordination: helping plan and organize off-sites, events, meetings, and professional gatherings.
Personal & Administrative Assistance: handling the day-to-day operational tasks that keep everything running smoothly, including your personal planning if needed.
My goal is simple:

Who am I?
I am Matea, originally from Croatia, and I have been living and working in Denmark for the past 7 years.
I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in International Hospitality Management, and most of my professional background has been in the tourism and hospitality industry, including 4* and 5* hotels, entertainment and guest services and international work environments.
These industries taught me the importance of:

✔ problem-solving
✔ exceptional client service
In 2024, I transitioned into the corporate world and worked in a big pharmaceutical company in Denmark as a Management Assistant. During this time, I supported leadership with coordination, administrative tasks, and organizational support.
However, after a large company restructuring impacted my role, I decided to take a different path.
Instead of returning to the uncertainty of traditional employment, I chose to take matters into my own hands and build something of my own.
And that’s how MK Virtual Assist was born.

I realized that many entrepreneurs, solopreneurs and professionals face the same challenge:
